Seeds Annual Caraway. Minimum 20 seeds. Also known as Persian cumin, Caraway is a spice used in European cooking. The roots can also be eaten as a veggie similar to Parsnips. The seeds from caraway are used in cooking, like in making rye bread. This is the annual version of caraway. It is a superior strain that is wonderful for commercial growing. The seeds do not split easily so harvesting of seeds is much easier. Please make sure to research your seeds online before starting them, so that you can ensure proper germination. We are not responsible for any issues due to germination.
