Ellen Cowley 2/3 eye peony root - Ellen Cowley peony has semi double ruffled flowers with a lovely golden center. Ellen Cowley has a deep coral pink to red color. It is highly sought after in floral arrangements. It also puts on an abundance of large blooms each season and once established will bloom every season for 20 years or more. Price is per root.
